AUSTRALIAN NATIVE FINGER LIME VINAIGRETTE |

Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 australian native finger limes
1 tablespoons white wine vinegar 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
Method:
Place garlic and olive oil in blender. Juice the finger lime (simply cut the finger lime in half and squeeze the caviar like capsules out the cut end) and add the juice and pulp to the blender with the white wine vinegar, honey and mustard. Blend on high for about 15 seconds and chill.
